By enrolling in any course at HiiT Computers Class, students agree to the following terms and conditions:
Course Enrollment & Fees
All course fees must be paid on time as per the schedule.
Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Students must collect a receipt after every payment.
Class Attendance
Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory to appear in the final exam or receive a certificate.
Students are expected to be punctual and attend classes regularly.
Discipline & Behavior
Misbehavior, misconduct, or disrespect towards staff or other students may lead to suspension or termination of admission.
Mobile phones must be kept on silent during class.
Exams & Certification
Students must complete all assignments, projects, and internal tests to qualify for the final exam.
Certificates will be issued only after successful completion of the course and clearance of dues.
Use of Institute Property
Any damage to institute property (computers, chairs, etc.) caused by the student will be charged accordingly.
Students must maintain cleanliness and order in the classroom.
Course Material
Study material provided is for personal use only and should not be copied or distributed without permission.
Leave Policy
Students must inform the center in advance for any long leave. Uninformed absences for more than 15 days may lead to cancellation of admission.
Changes & Updates
HiiT Computers Class reserves the right to change course structure, timings, or rules without prior notice if needed for academic or administrative reasons.
